| Time based assignments-are performed both on-site (
client’s site ) or off site (MTE -office).
a. Onsite Assignments - for onsite assignments we provided the required engineers and expertise to perform the required services at the your site. Our engineers will work as a part of your staff, and interact with your technical and engineering management on daily basis to fulfill the project requirements. b. Off-site assignments - are executed from our site. We dedicate a team of engineers and required resources fro a given project on need basis. The project leaders intract with your technical management periodically for review and progress update. |

| Fixed Cost Assignments-before starting these assignments, the scope of the work and the specifications have to be clearly defined. We will provide the required engineering as well as material resources to complete the project. Periodic review and progress update are a key to completing these assignments on-time and within the budget, while meeting your specifications. | ||||||||||||||

| 1 | System Design. Here we start with a concept or specification
and work it down to delivering a complete product We take complete
responsibility of the project/product which includes
a. PCB Design, Manufacture, Assembly and Testing. b. HDL coding and Verification c. Firmware / Software coding d. Integration and Testing |

| 2 | FPGA Design - Here we start with either a concept or an
algorithm and work it down to delivering an HDL implementation of the same. We take responsibility of delivering the HDL implementation which includes a. Verification using Test benches. b. Implementing the design into an FPGA device of customers choice. c. Verifying the implementation on a protoboard of the customers choice |

| 3 | Board Design - Here we start with a schematic and give a
completed layout in gerber format. Which includes- Signal Integrity, EMI/EMC
compliance, Power Integrity …etc. with the following Value Added Services
provided by us a. PCB Manufacturing b. PCB assembly c. PCB Testing. |
